NEET Reduction Youth Officer – Career Guidance & Outreach

Slough Borough Council is hiring a NEET Reduction Youth Officer to support 16–19 year olds not in education, employment or training. You will deliver tailored one-to-one and group interventions, managing a caseload and providing high-quality careers information, advice and guidance.

The role involves creative outreach, coordinating with schools, employers, training providers and partner agencies, and keeping records to evidence progress towards outcomes. DBS Enhanced is required.
