Senior Head of Operations – Multi-Site Hospitality

COREcruitment is seeking a Head of Operations for a multi-site hospitality business in Scotland. This senior leadership role holds full responsibility for day-to-day operational performance across the group, partnering with General Managers to raise standards, drive sales and guest experience.

The person will lead, coach and develop General Managers, manage budgets and KPIs, and work with finance, culinary and revenue teams to deliver growth and high profitability.
