Client Contact Specialist

The firm

A well established full service firm with several offices across Essex and the East of England. It acts for local people and businesses across a wide range of legal needs.

The role

You will be the first point of contact for new clients by phone and email. You will qualify enquiries, book appointments with lawyers, keep the CRM up to date and pass matters through to the right legal teams. You will also help improve how enquiries are handled.

What you will need

One to three years in a client facing, sales or business development role, strong communication skills and confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Legal sector experience is useful but not essential.
