Person-Centred Support Worker: Help Others Thrive

Glassmoon Services Ltd in Liskeard is recruiting Female Support Workers to support a person-centred care approach for an individual with learning needs. You will help with daily activities, personal care, and enable participation in hobbies and community activities.

Ideal candidates are patient, creative, and committed to fostering independence while building meaningful relationships with the person and their family. A valid UK driver license is preferred but not essential.
