Talent Lead – Remote, Part-Time & Pipeline Builder

Event Concept is seeking a part-time Talent Lead to own day-to-day recruitment across the business, including permanent, freelance and emerging talent. Remote First with 30 hours per week, reporting to Head of People, you will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver a great candidate experience.

You’ll manage Teamtailor ATS, build talent pipelines, optimise recruitment processes, and develop early careers programmes and employer branding.
