About the role
To be an efficient and effective member of the management support team. Supporting DutyManagers to deliver operational excellence through training and developing a strong teamof hosts, ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety, handlingcustomer enquiries and complaints. Providing coaching to achieve upsell targets to improverevenue generation from welcome hosts. To hold regular training sessions with hosts,ensuring that they are well equipped in product knowledge, customer service, safety, andgeneral venue information
Essential
- Experience inworking in a busy reception/host team.
- Knowledge andexperience of upsell and team motivation techniques.
- At least 6 monthshosting experience.
Desired
- Experience in high volume brand equivalent venues.
- Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
- Personal License.
