Union Director: Strategy, Governance & Growth

Birkbeck Students’ Union is recruiting a Union Director to provide strategic and operational leadership, working closely with elected Student Officers and the Board of Trustees to deliver priorities and meaningful outcomes for students.

You will oversee organisational planning, governance, risk, compliance, and people management, ensuring the Union remains sustainable and well governed while empowering student representatives and maintaining student voice at the heart of decision-making.
