The Park Surgery in Herne Bay is seeking an enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (31.5 hours per week). Pattern: Monday 8.00 am–5.00 pm, Tuesday 8.00 am–4.00 pm, Thursday 8.00 am–4.00 pm, Friday 8.00 am–4.30 pm.
