Hybrid Employment Solicitor – Claimant Focus

Eventus Legal in Leeds is seeking an Employment Solicitor with NQ to 5 years’ PQE to join its growing Employment Department. The role offers a salary of £40,000 to £60,000 and hybrid working two to three days each week from home after probation, with a predominantly claimant Employment Tribunal caseload.

The successful candidate will draft pleadings, progress Tribunal proceedings, and provide clear, practical employment advice while working closely with colleagues and Counsel.
