Senior Occupational Therapist – Urgent Community Care Lead

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist for the @home service in London. The role is 0.8 WTE on a fixed-term 9-month maternity cover basis, focusing on rapid assessment and home-based care to reduce hospital admissions.

You will lead with advanced assessment and clinical reasoning, supervise junior staff, and contribute to service development in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
