NEW – COMMERCIAL PROPERTY PARTNER – CITY of LONDON

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Partner to join a leading Top 100 firm.

We are seeking applications from candidates wanting to join a highly successful award-winning firm with an outstanding commercial property practice. You will act on behalf of a broad client list comprising national landlords and tenants, large corporates, investors, developers and property funds among others.

The Role

• Advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions
• Acting primarily for landlords and tenant, developers, investors and occupiers
• Handling matters including acquisitions and disposals, development and regeneration, asset management and investment
• Developing your existing practice and generating new business
• Collaborating with colleagues across the wider firm
• Representing the firm at external events

The Candidate

• We welcome applications from candidates with 10+ years’ PQE (guideline only)
• A stable and current career in commercial property law
• A proven history of new business development and client retention
• Excellent communication skills
• A natural team-player, who can supervise juniors
• A client following is a pre-requisite

This is a fixed share partner role, therefore a capital contribution will be required. This will be fully funded by the firm.

NB: we would consider applications from senior associates/legal directors working at larger firms who are blocked or who are ready to move into a partnership role.
