SEN Teacher: One-to-One SEND Support, Trauma-Informed

Inspire EHC Ltd seeks a patient SEN Teacher to support a Year 4 learner in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, who cannot attend school due to significant anxiety. Sessions are calm, one-to-one and curriculum-based, initially at the family home before moving to a community venue.

The role requires a trauma-informed, low-arousal approach, collaboration with support staff and professionals, and careful monitoring of wellbeing, engagement and progress to rebuild confidence and plan for future reintegration.
