We are partnering with a growing beauty and wellness business to appoint an experienced Ecommerce Trading Manager to take ownership of its direct-to-consumer channel, driving online sales, profitability and customer growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to manage and grow a Shopify website, improve conversion and drive commercial performance.
You will:
- Own the day-to-day trading and commercial performance of the DTC website
- Manage Shopify, including merchandising, product launches, promotions and site improvements
- Drive revenue growth, conversion rates and average order value through CRO and A/B testing
- Plan and manage the ecommerce trading calendar, including key seasonal campaigns
- Own CRM, email marketing and customer retention, including automated flows and loyalty initiatives
- Work with marketing teams and external agencies across paid search, paid social and SEO
- Monitor performance using GA4, Shopify analytics and reporting tools
- Manage sales forecasting, stock availability and promotional planning
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention and profitability
We are looking for someone with strong ecommerce trading and Shopify experience, ideally gained within beauty, wellness, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
You’ll need to be commercially minded, confident working with data and comfortable taking ownership of the full ecommerce trading function within a smaller, growing business.
