Responsibilities

• Handle contractual disputes and shareholder/partnership disputes
• Assist with injunctions and related court applications
• Maintain and develop client relationships with a focus on service quality
• Contribute to delivery of high-quality dispute resolution strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex matters
• Support business development and maintain a high standard of file management

Key requirements

• Experience in commercial litigation at NQ level up to Legal Director level
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Strong client care skills
