Construction Resourcing Consultant — Growth & Commission

Cavendish Professionals is seeking a Resourcing Consultant in its construction division. You will start as a junior recruitment resourcer, building relationships with construction professionals exploring new opportunities and handling day-to-day screening and registration of inquiries.

You will interact with workers and clients via phone, email and in person, learning the sector and progressing to a consultant role while attending site meetings and events with senior team members.
