Parkinson’s Disease Nurse Specialist — Hybrid & Community Lead

South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 7 Parkinson’s Disease Nurse Specialist to join our friendly team. The role is community-facing with links to secondary care, delivering proactive, patient-centred care for people living with Parkinson’s.

You will manage your own caseload, provide specialist advice to patients, families and the MDT, and promote evidence-based treatment while supporting professional development within a supportive team.
