Retail Security & Customer Safety Advocate

OCS UK & Ireland is looking for a Retail Security Officer to safeguard customers, staff and stock at Alloa, with shifts from 14:00–22:00 on weekdays and 08:00–19:00 on Sundays. You will deter theft, monitor CCTV, respond to alarms, and report incidents with professionalism.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA Licence (DS or Security Guarding), have DBS/ BS7858 clearance, and demonstrate excellent communication and de-escalation skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts is essential.
