Retail Security Specialist – Calm, Customer-Focused Guardian

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect customers, staff and stock and to maintain a safe shopping environment. You will act as a visible deterrent, respond to incidents, patrol the store and monitor CCTV to identify suspicious activity.

The role requires a valid SIA Licence, DBS/BS7858 clearance, and the Right to Work in the UK, with flexibility including weekends and evenings. You will work closely with store management to deliver professional service.
