Job Description:
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Healthcare Support Worker to assist our Community Nursing Service across Hampshire. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in patients’ homes, supported by a multidisciplinary team, with shifts 8am–8pm, seven days a week.
