Dexters is seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Assistant to join our team in the Greater London area. Based in Teddington or Clapham Junction, you will manage and log customer feedback, handle GDPR requests, and collate monthly figures for reporting.
You’ll monitor feedback across Google Reviews, Trust Pilot and other channels, maintain confidentiality, and work closely with colleagues to uphold our service standards. A proactive, well-presented communicator will fit our busy environment.
