Pediatric Critical Care Deputy Sister – Band 6 Lead Nurse

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Paediatric Critical Care nurse to join the management team as a Band 6 deputy sister. You will lead a 14-bed unit, delivering high-quality care and coordinating a team of Band 5 nurses.

The role requires RN, RSCN or RN Child qualifications with substantial critical care experience, plus PCCCS accreditation. You will deputise for the senior sister and contribute to governance and service development.
