Community Sexual Health Outreach Nurse

CENTRAL LONDON COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE NHS TRUST is seeking a Clinical Outreach Nurse to plan, coordinate and deliver sexual health outreach across Hertfordshire. You will provide accessible, person-centred care in community settings, conducting SH assessments, STI testing, contraception advice, vaccinations, and HIV prevention measures such as PrEP/PEP.
