Head Chef – Lead Kitchen, Menus & Team (Mon-Fri)

Grazing in Chiswick, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a Head Chef to run the kitchen for up to 200 meals daily and events. You’ll shape menus, lead production and service, and own cost control, with a hands-on leadership style from the pass.

You’ll build strong relationships with clients and suppliers, manage food safety, allergens, stock take and FIFO, and drive a positive, busy kitchen culture while delivering on time and to spec.
