Senior Account Executive

Location: Hybrid 4 days a week in Alderley Edge

Salary: Up to £35,000

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a growing, purpose-driven organisation and manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience.

This role could be particularly well suited to someone with a teaching or education background who is looking to step away from the classroom, but still has a genuine passion for working with schools and making a positive difference to children.

The Role

• Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships.
• Lead onboarding, customer calls and presentations.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Track KPIs and take ownership of account performance.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver excellent service.

About You

• Previous teaching experience is also welcomed, particularly for candidates looking to transition from education into a commercial/customer-facing role.
• Experience in account management, customer success or client services.
• Confident at presenting and jumping on calls with schools and stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working to KPIs.
• Proactive, personable and keen to develop your career.
