Wealth Management Training & Development Advisor

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP is seeking a Training & Development Advisor to coordinate the end-to-end apprenticeship process, administer CPD, track qualifications and support staff learning within our wealth management business.

The role requires strong HR process knowledge, data management and regulatory compliance, with proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, and effective stakeholder management across the organisation and with external partners.
