Hybrid Claims Audit Lead – Quality & Compliance

Acorn Group is seeking a Lead Auditor in the Claims Governance team. The role involves overseeing the quality, accuracy and regulatory compliance of claims operations by leading a team of Claims Auditors. You will execute the audit plan, supervise workflows, mentor staff and identify systemic issues.

The position is based in Liverpool or Sevenoaks with hybrid working, 37.5 hours/week. Salary ranges from £43,500 to £50,000 with up to 10% bonus once established.
