Trauma-Informed Deputy Manager, Children’s Home

Esland Care is seeking an experienced senior support worker or an experienced Children’s Home Deputy Manager for Meadowstile Farm, a three-bed residential home delivering crisis intervention and trauma-informed care. You will support the manager in daily operations and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care and excellent outcomes for the children.

The role follows Ofsted regulations and promotes a therapeutic, person-centred approach.
