NEC3 Commercial Manager – Site-based Infrastructure

Conrad Consulting Ltd. seeks a Commercial Manager with NEC3 experience to support a major infrastructure programme. The role covers contract administration, payment assessment, change management and day-to-day commercial leadership on a complex project.

Regular site presence in Suffolk is required, approximately three days per week, working closely with site teams and stakeholders to manage commercial risk and contract performance.
