As a Commercial Property Associate, you join a Top 100 London law firm in a busy property team. You will handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, including industrial and mixed‑use, and work on L&T JVs, auctions, and options. You’ll advise household names, investors, developers, and UHNWIs, within a collaborative and well‑resourced environment. Responsibilities

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties (industrial and mixed-use)
• L&T joint ventures (JVs)
• Auctions and options work on property transactions
• Advising household names, entrepreneurial companies, investors, developers, and UHNWIs

Key requirements

• 1–3 PQE (England & Wales)
• UK commercial property experience gained in a well‑recognised UK law firm
