Impactful Physiotherapy Support Worker – Community Rehab

The Physiotherapy Support Worker (Band 4) role sits within the South Kerrier Community Rehabilitation Team at Helston Community Hospital, supporting triage, assessment, treatment and discharge within your caseload.

You will work with NHS Cornwall Partnership to develop therapy assessment, care planning and rehabilitation skills as part of an integrated team, with emphasis on community and hospital-based care.
