Head of Residential Care – New Service Leader

Bright Selection Ltd is recruiting a Registered Home Manager to lead a newly acquired residential service in Hampshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will establish systems, recruit and develop staff, and ensure safe, person-centred care in line with CQC requirements.

You will build a positive culture, oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and service improvement while maintaining independence and dignity for residents.
