Esland is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our caring teams. You will help deliver high-quality care in our nurturing homes and build trusting relationships with young people to support their growth and wellbeing.
We offer a salary of £35,122 to £35,745 per year, including sleep-in enhancements, and a shift pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off. A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK are required.
