Residential Care Worker — Build Skills & Support Youth

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Worker to support young people in a safe, nurturing home. This full-time role includes 40 hours plus sleep-ins, with a base salary of £32,240 per year and potential sleep-in earnings up to £8,460 annually.

You will help young people build confidence, independence, and essential life skills, while contributing to care plans and daily routines within our residential services across the UK.
