Senior HRIS Analyst

Overview

In this role you will manage and optimize Workday and related HR technology to support global HR operations. You will partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic HR projects, drive change, and ensure system stability through SLAs. You will lead releases, testing, and integrations while mentoring peers and promoting best practices. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your work will shape how HR technology enables the business. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Workday configuration across modules
• Act as functional and technical expert for Workday and support end users
• Partner with HR on analysis, development, and implementation of HR projects
• Support automation and process improvements across HR systems
• Lead change management activities and document changes per policy
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Prepare test plans and scripts; ensure software quality
• Coordinate release configurations and maintain change logs
• Ensure Workday integration with key business systems
• Provide training and stakeholder engagement to maximize Workday utilization
• Mentor and support HRIS analysts; maintain data accuracy and confidentiality

Key requirements

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM
• Good knowledge of Recruiting and other Workday modules
• Excellent technical skills across a range of technologies
• Analytical problem-solver with an inquisitive mindset
• Operational excellence in processes, data analysis, and governance
• HR experience with client-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
