You’ll work closely with clients, families and the wider care team to follow individual care plans, monitor wellbeing and respond appropriately to changes in health or support needs.Our client requires someone with experience in seizure management, enteral feeding, medication administration, moving and repositioning, and oxygen therapy. The successful candidate will also need to have a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving a mobility car.Our client loves music, getting out in the community and getting involved with lots of different activities.
