Remote Client Success Manager: Growth & Accountability

Growthopia is hiring a Client Success Manager to work remotely. You will own 30 client accounts, serving as the main liaison between clients and Growthopia’s internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

You will onboard clients, coordinate across departments, and ensure clients upload footage and approve scripts on time. The role emphasizes proactive communication, accountability, and the ability to deescalate tense situations while maintaining strong client relationships.
