Lead Residential Care Team Leader (Children & Young People)

SGS Care Ltd in Chipping (near Preston) is seeking a confident Team Leader to supervise shifts at a children’s home. You will lead allocated shifts, coordinate duties, and deploy staff to meet children’s needs while safeguarding, risk and behaviour are monitored throughout each shift.

You will run handovers, mentor staff, support audits and quality assurance, and promote education, wellbeing and independence for children aged 8–18.
