Finishing Manager – Buckinghamshire – Residential

Overview

In this role you will oversee the finishing phases of luxury residential developments in Buckinghamshire, ensuring high-quality interiors reach completion. You report to a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager and drive finish work from core through to handover. Your focus is on delivering premium flats and houses on time, with attention to snagging, de-snagging and seamless handovers. This is a client-facing, on-site role with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and respected developer standards.

Responsibilities

• drive finishing stages of developments toward completion
• coordinate with Senior Site Manager/Project Manager
• manage internal finishing from core to first/second fix
• conduct snagging, de-snagging and completion activities
• oversee CMLs (construction method/logistics?) through to handover

Key requirements

• experience with a developer or main contractor on all internals of high end residential projects
• proven track record on luxury high finished apartments
• experience with finishing stages from core to handover
• valid CSCS Card
