24/7 Control Room Operator – Secure Services

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 3 Control Room Operator – Secure Services. The role is based at Tamarind Centre (Medium Secure Unit) and may require support to other MSU sites in Birmingham.

You will be the first contact for visitors and callers, maintain security procedures, and work 24-hour shifts, including nights and bank holidays. Training to become a first aider is required.
