Job Description:
Shropshire Bus Enhanced Partnership is seeking a Bridging Outreach Worker to support people experiencing homelessness or at risk, with substance use needs, through assertive, trauma-informed outreach. You will manage a caseload and build trusted relationships to deliver pre-treatment, motivational and harm-reduction interventions, while collaborating with county-wide partner services to coordinate care.
The role includes work with the RESET outreach van and engagement activities in communities.
