Senior Geotechnical Director – Ground Engineering

AECOM is seeking a Technical Director / Associate Director to lead our Ground Engineering Team in the UK. You will drive technical development, oversee multi-disciplinary projects and strengthen client relationships to support business growth.

You’ll mentor junior staff, guide design approaches, and collaborate with Transport, Water, Energy and Buildings teams. This role requires Chartered status, a Civil Engineering or Geology degree, and strong knowledge of UK ground conditions.
