Knight Frank is seeking a Rent Review & Renewals Negotiator to join our busy Notting Hill team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and managing a high volume of tenancy extensions.
You will negotiate renewal terms for landlords and tenants, contact parties ahead of expiry, keep up to date with lettings legislation, prepare documentation, and maintain strong relationships across the lettings division while delivering excellent customer service.
