Luxury Spa Operations Manager (Maternity Cover)

Estelle Manor’s Eynsham Baths is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day at a luxury spa on a rural Oxfordshire estate. You will deputise to the Head of Eynsham Baths, line-manage Duty Managers, Receptionists and Butlers, and ensure an indulgent, seamless guest experience.

You will build relationships across the estate, manage budgets, drive performance and uphold service standards and compliance.
