Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Mobberley to run a busy store on shifts that include early mornings, afternoons and some weekends. You’ll lead a small team, coach colleagues, and handle tills and post office counter duties as required.
You’ll be a visible, community-focused leader who drives great service, stock control, merchandising, and local partnerships, while championing Co-op membership and its values.
