Patient Services Administrator – Part-Time Bank Role

Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital is seeking a confident Patient Services Administrator to join the bank team on a part-time basis. You will handle enquiries, greet patients, book outpatient appointments, and ensure accurate data on the relevant systems.

You should have strong IT and keyboard skills, be friendly, and capable of managing communications with patients, consultants, GPs and secretaries. Prior healthcare admin experience is an advantage.
