Overview

As a commercially focused Legal Counsel, you will support commercial contracts, distribution and supply arrangements, licensing matters, and strategic business projects across international markets. You’ll operate within the in-house legal team to balance legal risk with business growth in a regulated healthcare environment. This hybrid Leeds-based role combines pragmatism with a strong contract focus to enable cross-border commercial activity. You will work closely with stakeholders to enable efficient deal execution and scalable partnerships.

• England & Wales qualification
