Overview

As a Contentious Insolvency Partner in our City office, you will lead a spectrum of insolvency disputes within a nationally respected firm. You will work closely with the non-contentious restructuring, private client, and corporate teams to strengthen London’s insolvency offering. Your role combines high-stakes case work with strategic business development to grow the firm’s profile. This is a partnership-track opportunity in a collaborative, non-political culture with a strong client base to leverage.

Responsibilities

• contribute to expanding London offering
• collaborate with non-contentious restructuring & insolvency, private client and corporate teams
• drive business development and leverage existing client base
• build and manage top-tier client relationships
• pursue partnership discussions and strategic growth

Key requirements

• 10+ PQE
• England & Wales Qualified
• 10+ insolvency disputes experience in City or leading firm
• strong personal network
• BD track record and interest
• existing partner or ambitious senior associate/director aiming for day 1 partnership
