In this role you will support a City law firm’s charities practice, contributing to charity structuring, governance, and related commercial work. • Charity structuring including creation of charities, governance, restructuring, merger and group agreements
• Commercial law relating to charities

Key requirements

• 2-5 PQE, E&W qualified
• 2-5 years charities law experience in a UK law firm (ideally London)
• Experience in a specialist charity law team
• Strong academics
