Strategic Head of Finance & HR ICT Systems

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is seeking a Head of Finance and HR ICT Systems to lead the digital backbone, with strategic ownership of Oracle Fusion and core HR/Finance platforms that underpin the Council.

You will manage a team of just over 20, embed Oracle Fusion post-2024, drive data quality, governance, and user adoption, while aligning delivery with senior leadership and ensuring cyber security and disaster recovery resilience.
