Senior Service Introduction Lead — Design & Transition

National Highways is recruiting a Senior Service Introduction Manager to lead the Service Introduction function across Digital Services. You will manage a team of Service Introduction Managers and Leads, drive governance, and ensure early operational readiness of new and changed services through design, transition and AiS processes.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, ServiceNow experience, and a track record of delivering service improvements in regulated environments.
